Searching in FB...

I logged in, only to sign out again;

To watch yet another day pass, hoping in vain.

Still I kept searching for that nameless profile,

In the midst of countless fakes and guesses futile.

I witnessed minutes turning into hours straight ,

While I embarked on my endless wait. 

I 'liked' things in the pretense of finding her,

I 'shared' things in the pretext of reaching her;

In escaping the brutal truth of the real world that I forsook,

I ended up to see myself lost in these mazes called 'Facebook'.
